Intar Bundled

Intar Bundled is our expert system solution, Intar serves a user to solve a problem by having a step by step solution provided within her/his BlackBerry handheld.

Intar allows an editor to create a knowledge base using a desktop application called Intar Trainer and transfer the modified .xml file (known as Knowledge Base File .kbf) through a BlackBerry® handheld via e-mail. The Intar Reader will give users a comprehensive knowledge base directly in the BlackBerry handheld, and enables users to have solutions for her/his expert area anywhere they are located.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.5 or above
• For Intar Client

    • 88xx series > 8800, 8820
    • Curve 8900
    • Bold 9000
    • Storm 9500
  • Device is running BlackBerry OS (Operating System) version 4.2 or above
  • Approximately 90 KB of free space in the device's internal memory
  • A medium size knowledge base file is required approximately 15 KB of free space
